We breed for quality and conformation.

Mid Lake Great Pyrenees is located in Bowman, Georgia where all of our adult Pyrs and puppies are raised as part of our family. We have been breeding Cavalier King Charles Spaniels since 2007 and Great Pyrenees since 2020 and have added Golden Retrievers to our canine crew as of 2025.  We welcome visitors to come and meet our Pyrs, learn more about the breed and much more!

We’ve also selected our adult dogs from healthy, well conformed Great Pyrenees breed ‘standard’ parents.  We follow vigorous health protocols with our traveling veterinarian who sees us generally once per month. All of our adults are checked annually and again before breeding for heart, knees, eyes and general wellness.  

All of our dogs and puppies are seen by Comer Animal Hospital in Comer, GA for a full wellness exam prior to going to their new homes.  Every three weeks, our groomer and certified handler Deni from Awrats Grooming comes to visit our dogs for grooming, bathing, teeth, etc. so our adults look and feel their best!  

Our dogs and puppies are very well socialized by each member of our family and are healthy inside and out.  Only a healthy well rounded parent can give birth to healthy babies.
